Tribute to Conan
My Tribute to Conan O'Brien by Matthew Kruger Tonight, as I am typing this, in about 5 hours from now, Conan O'Brien will air his final episode of his talk-show format on TBS. And this will also mark the last ever Late Night show I will ever watch. (Unless someone awesome as Conan comes along) Tonight, I'd like to talk about a moment that happened to me with Conan. First of all, I have never met the guy, But I almost did in 2010. As everyone knows, in the beginning of 2010, Conan was fucked over by NBC/Universal and the Asschin known as Jay Leno (yes, I am calling him that.) It was a moment that made me upset and lose all respect for Leno. (Not that I had any for that piece of shit, but I'm getting off track here.) In March of that year, Conan announced that he was doing a huge 32-city tour. And the first stop... My town of Eugene, Oregon. I REALLY Wanted to go to that so BAD.
